1 HEAD OF CAULIFLOWER
1 CUP MILK
1 CUP FLOUR
1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1 T OLIVE OIL
2/3 CUP PANKO
SALT AND PEPPER
2/3 CUP BUFFALO SAUCE

Directions:
Directions:
COMBINE MILK, FLOUR, SALT AND PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER AND OLIVE OIL.
POUR INTO A ZIP LOCK BAG
ADD CAULIFLOWER CUT INTO BITE SIZED PIECES

COAT EVENLY
THEN PLACE IN COLANDER AND LET DRIP

THEN TOSS WITH PANKO

BAKE AT 450 FOR 15 MINUTES

REMOVE AND RETURN TO BOWL AND TOSS LIGHTLY WITH BUFFALO SAUCE

BAKE 15 MORE MINUTES OR UNTIL CRISP AND TENDER
