1 refrigerated pie crust
2 c. sliced strawberries
2 1/2 T. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 box Strawberry Gelatin (Jello)
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place pie crust in pie pan and use a fork to poke hole in bottom. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are brown. Allow to cool. Layer bottom with sliced strawberries. In a small saucepan stir together water, sugar and cornstarch and bring to a boil. Simmer, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and add gelatin (jello) and stir until dissolved. Pour mixture over strawberries. Refrigerate until set. Before you serve top with Whipped topping.
