Graham Cracker Cake Recipe

1/2 c. butter
1 c.sugar
3 egg yolks & egg whites (separated)
24 large graham crackers, rolled
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 c. walnuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip

Cream butter and sugar.
Add slightly beaten egg yolks.
Then add milk, crushed graham crackers, walnuts, baking powder, and salt.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Bake in two layer pans (8 inch) at 375 degrees for 15 minutes (sometimes takes a little longer).

Frost with whipped cream.
