2 frozen pie shells
2 cups sugar
3 heaping tablespoons flour
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
pinch salt
2 cups whole milk
3 large eggs (divided)
1 heaping tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
*Mix dry ingredients first*
Add the following to the dry ingredients:
3 beaten egg yolks
1 heaping tablespoon butter (soft) you may need to cut it into the dry ingredients
2 cups whole milk
** mix well **
Finally, beat egg whites to a “peak”
Gently fold the 3 beaten egg whites into the mix last.
Divide into each pie shell evenly.
Bake at 350 for approx 40 minutes. Pies will “jiggle” some in the middle, but will thicken up after cooling.

I only make at Thanksgiving and Christmas. David's mom's recipe (Dina’s husband). This is my mother-in-law's recipe, and it took her a long time to give it up to us lol :)
even though nowawdays, it's on the internet...fairly similar recipe
And it's ONE serving if David has anything to do with it!
