8-10 heels of bread
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 tsp. nutmeg
4 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Moisten heels in water, squeeze dry and crumble into greased 13"x9 " baking dish. Beat eggs and add sugar, spices, milk and vanilla. Add raisins to bread and pour liquid ingredients over mixture; stir until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees until set and top is browned.
