1 cup diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup halved grapes (I prefer green) or sometimes I use fried cranberries) adds some color, too!
1/2 cup mayo............about
2 Tbl. sour cream
a couple of good lemon squirts, or lemon pepper

Saute 6 to 8 chicken tenders in Olive oil until done. ( or use leftover chicken, nice flavor if you have baked chicken leftover, it is extra tasty.
combine dry ingredients.........The amount of mayo depends on how most you like your salad, (remember, mayo was never my favorite!) I think the sour cream gives it a nice tang!
Serve on a bed of lettuce or Spinach.
