8 oz spaghetti, cooked
2 eggs, well beaten
2 TBSP butter
1/2 c fresh grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c cottage cheese
1 lb ground beef
1/2 c chopped onions
3/4 c spaghetti sauce
1/2 c fresh mushrooms
4 oz mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine spaghetti, eggs, butter and parmesan cheese. Form into a 10" fry pan. Spread the cottage cheese over pasta. Brown ground beef and onions. Drain and add spaghetti sauce. Mix well. Pour over cottage cheese. Brown 1/2 c mushrooms. Add on top of sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top of whole pie. Cover and cook on low heat on the stovetop for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into wedges and serve.
