2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. pumpkin, pureed
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 t salt
1 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t ground ginger
1/4 t ground cloves
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk (12oz can)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine filling ingredients in order given; pour into pie crust.
Bake 15 minutes @ 425.
Reduce temperature to 350. Bake an additional 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center come out clean.
When using metal or foil pan, preheat cookie sheet in oven at 425.
