8 large cucumbers
1 cauliflower
12 large onions
2 green peppers
2 red pepper
1/2 cup salt
5 cups water
4 cups vinegar
2 cups water
6 cups sugar
1 tbsp mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed
3 tbsp dry mustard
1 tbsp tumeric

Using a food processor, grind together the cucumbers, cauliflower, onion, green and red pepper. Sprinkle with salt and add water. Let rest for 1 hour. Combine remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes. Add a thick flour paste made with 3/4 cup flour and water. Cook till thickens. Put in hot sterilized jars and seal.
