8 cups thinly sliced cucumbers, unpeeled
2 sliced onions
2 cups cauliflower, small pieces
3 cups sugar
2 cups pickling vinegar
2 tbsp pickling salt
2 tsp celery salt
2 tsp mustard seed
2 tsp tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Place your cucumbers, onions and cauliflower in a large metal bowl. Heat, but do not boil, all other ingredients. Pour over your cucumber mixture. Stir and place in your fridge. Continue to stir for 2 days. Put into jars and store in your fridge. Note: This sauce will stain due to the tumeric
