3 pieces of tenderloin
1/4 cup mustard
3 tbsp extra virgin oil
1 tbsp dried savory
1 tbsp thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap tenderloin with string so it is even. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then fry on all sides so it is brown. Mix all ingredients together and using a pastry brush, brush onto all sides of meat. Using a broiler pan, bake at 450º F for 15 minutes then check with thermometer. For medium rare the internal temperature should be 120 degrees, for medium 125 degrees.
