Ingredients:  
1 pkg. penne pasta
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. butter plus 1 T.
1/4 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/8 t. garlic salt
1 c. half and half
1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 c. cooked bacon
1/4 bread crumbs or Panko with 1 T. butter mixed in.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cottage cheese in food processor till creamy. Now melt 1/4 c. butter and add flour and stir to make a roux. Gradually add cream and milk. Bring to a boil til thick. Add cottage cheese, sharp cheese,salt, pepper, garlic salt, and garlic salt plus 3/4 c. bacon bits. Cook pasta according to directions then drain. Mix this sauce into the pasta. Pour into 9x13 baking dish. Top with bacon and bread crumbs. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
