1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (15 oz) can of pizza sauce
3 cups spiral noodles, cooked
1 small package macaroni
2 cups shredded mozzerella
Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger with onion. Add rest of ingredients and stir well. Put in crock pot and cook 3-4 hours on low. Optional ingredients: sausage, bacon, diced ham, green pepper, red onion
