1 lb Ground Beef
3/4 lb Fresh Luinguine Pasta
15 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Carrot
1 Yellow Onion
1/2 lb Multicolored Cherry Tomatoes
1 Bunch Basil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 tsp of olive oil on medium-high until hot. Add the ground beef, season with salt & pepper. Cook frequently breaking apart the meat with a spoon. (3-5 minutes) until browned.

Add the Carrot, onion and remaining garlic; season with salt & pepper. Cook stirring occasionally 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.

Add the crushed tomatoes, cook stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened and slightly reduced in volume.

Cook pasta accordingly and add to sauce and mix in.
