180gm flour
2 tsp baking powder
75gm sugar
100gm white chocolate chopped
2 eggs
150ml plain yoghurt
75gm butter melted and cooled
60gm raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180c
Line a muffin tray with paper muffin cases. Mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar and chocolate. In a separate dish, mix the eggs, yoghurt and melted butter and then stir into the dry mixture. Fold in the raspberries making sure it is not overmixed. Spoon batter into muffin cases until 2/3 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden in colour. serve with extra raspberries.
