2 pkg yeast
2 c warm water
3 T sugar
2 T oil
5 c flour
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast with warm water. - Add sugar and oil then add: flour and salt. -Mix with dough paddle attachment on mixer until dough becomes elastic, or knead by hand. -Put in well oiled large bowl, cover with cloth and let rise until doubled (about 1 hr) -Punch down and turn out on floured surface and knead into one large ball. - Cut into pieces and roll out using small amount of corn meal under dough for bottom of crust. -Put dough on grill and shut lid, then almost immediately take off, add toppings, return & cover for brief time to melt cheese.
-Makes 6 10'' pizzas.

This dough is excellent for grilling over a charcoal fire. Have toppings in bowls so everyone can make to their own taste preferences.
