5 T. butter
5 T. flour
2 C. milk
3/5 roll Jimmy Dean sausage
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry sausage.

2. In a separate sauce pan, melt butter. Add flour, one tablespoon at a time, to make a thick paste.

3. Remove pan from burner, add 2 cups milk, stirring constantly.

4. Return pan to burner. Stir constantly until mixture thickens and boils for about 2 minutes. If not thick enough, mix together 1/8 cup flour and 1/4 cup cold milk. Add to the boiling mixture.

5. When mixture is at the right thickness, add sausage. Salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve over biscuits.
