Ingredients:  
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1 lb. pecan halves (4 cups)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together egg white & water until foamy. Stir in pecans. Mix together sugar,
salt & cinnamon. Pour into pecans and stir well. Spread pecans on baking sheet. Bake 1 hour at 250 F, stirring every 15 minutes.
