6 Tablespoons Flour
1 1/2 cup Milk
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour & milk in sauce pan. Cook over low flame until thick then refrigerate until cool.

While mixture cools, cream butter and shortening for 4 minutes with electric mixer. Add sugar gradually, beat 4 more minutes. Add cool flour paste and beat 4 minutes. Add vanilla and blend.

Put whipped topping into a piping bag, fill Lady Locks
