Ingredients:  
3 T vegetable oil
3 T Flour
3 T Chili Powder
3 C Water
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1 t salt
1 t cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients. Heat on medium until boiling.

Pour over enchiladas enough to cover. Keep remaining sauce. When enchiladas come out of the oven and are plated pour a little bit over each enchilada and serve.

There was a restaurant in Mason City, Iowa called La Hacienda that served this gravy. Everyone loved it. The restaurant closed and we all missed this gravy. Taylor got this recipe from the mother of a friend. It tastes just like the original.
