1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1/3 cup ketchup
3 TBLS lemon juice
1 TBLS worcestershire sauce
24 saltine crackers crushed
3 pounds ground beef, turkey, venison or pork or mixture as desired

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven 400º
In a bowl, combine the onion, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and crackers. Crumble meat over mixture and mix well. shape into 1 inch balls. Place in ungreased cooking pans. Bake for 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
Serve meatballs immediately or freeze until needed.

these are great for meatball subs, to add to spaghetti, make bbq meatballs, or other recipes using meatballs. I think they are best for Swedish meatballs, just buy the sauce by the can at Gordons. :)
