1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower blend thawed and drained.
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 teas. black pepper
1 jar pimentos drained (optional)
1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French Onions

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento, and 1/2 cup French onions.
Pour into 1 quart casserole dish.
Bake covered 30 minutes.
Uncover and sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on top. Cook uncovered for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted,
