Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cups quick-cooking oats or crushed saltine crackers
1 small onion, chopped finely
1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped finely
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper

Topping
1/2 cup ketchup
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and shape in a loaf. Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes or until thermometer reaches 160º.

Mix topping and spoon on top of meat loaf last 15 minutes of cooking.
