2 or more garlic cloves
1 tbsp parmesan
1/8 t tarragon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 t sugar
salt and pepper
8 oz tomato sauce
2 t dried oregano
red wine
6 oz tomato paste
1/2 t dried basil
1 1/2 c water
1 cup peeled and diced fresh tomatoes OR
1 c diced canned tomatoes
2 tbsp butter

Heat oil, add garlic. Mix water and tomato paste and add along with all other ingredients. Mix well, bring to boil, cover and simmer about 1 hour.
