½ cup Butter
4 tbsp. Minced Onion
4 tbsp. Garlic Salt
4 cans Evaporated Milk
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup Flour (I like wheat flour)
2-3 cups frozen extra small Shrimp (thawed)
3 cans Chunk Chicken (pre-cooked)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large saucepan. Add minced onion and garlic salt. Stir. Let sauté on medium heat until minced onion is golden brown. Add evaporated milk. Stir. Let cook on medium heat until mixture begins to bubble. Add chicken and shrimp. Stir. Add a little bit of flour at a time until thickness is how you like it. It may take a few minutes for flour to thicken mixture, so don’t stir in all of it at once. Add more salt or garlic salt if needed.
