1/4 cup butter
2 Tblsp. olive oil
4 chicken breasts, boneless
1/2 cup each onion, carrot, celery
2 Tblsp. paprika
3 Tblsp. flour
1 Tblsp. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Fry 4 chicken breasts in butter and oil. Cut into pieces. Then add everything but the chicken broth and sour cream and simmer until veggies are tender. Now add broth and sour cream. Stir until thick. Serve over rice or noodles.

I added a pinch of caraway seeds to this and it was tasty. Also, you can use cream instead of sour cream. Momma Kat.
