Ingredients:  
1/4 c. butter
2 T. salad oil
1/2 c. each onion, carrot, celery
2 T. paprika
3 T. flour
1 T. catsup
1 1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Fry 4 chicken breasts in the butter and oil. Then add everything but the sour cream and simmer until veggies are tender. Now add sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.
