Cinnamon Bread Recipe

Add together:
4 c. hot water
2 T. salt
1/2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar

Let ingredients dissolve.

Now add
4 c. cold water
2 T. dry yeast

Add 20 c. whole wheat flour
5 c. white flour

Mix well. Brush a tsp or so of oil on top before rising. Let rise approx. 1 1/2 hours. Punch down. Divide into 5-6 loaves Roll out each dough and sprinkle with about a c. of the following: 4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cinnamon.
Roll into a loaf and put in a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Let rise for about 30 minutes.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
