4 boneless chicken breasts
2 C Minute rice, uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, soup and rice together. Grease pan or casserole and place chicken on the bottom. Pour soup mixture over soup. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours and DON'T PEEK!

Soup flavors can be switched around (in case you have family members who don't like mushrooms, etc.)
