1 can corned beef
1/4 onions chopped
3 medium potatoes cut up
1/2 milk
2 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes into a saucepan and cook until tender, add salt to taste. When cooked add butter and milk and mash to your taste. Whilst potatoes are cooking, add the can of corned beef to a deep frypan and as the meat starts to cook add the onions and cook for about ten minutes. Combine meat and potatoes and mix together. Serve hot. If desired, fry an egg and place on top. This meal would go well with steamed vegetables.
