1/4 cup honey
40ml tomato sauce

Chilli powder to taste.

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a jug except pork.
Put pork into an ovenproof dish and pour over the marinade. Turn the pork around to cover. Cover with foil and place into refrigerator overnight or at least six hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 200c fan forced and line a dish with foil then add water to catch excess marinade to prevent burning. Brush a wire rack with oil and place the ribs in a single layer on the rack. Reserve the marinade.
Bake the ribs for about 45 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with marinade until ribs are a golden colour and sticky. In the meantime place reserved marinade in a saucepan over medium heat, bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes or until marinade thickens.
Serve with Jasmine rice and a side salad.
