11/2 cups plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1or 2 soft bananas
1/4 cup passion fruit
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup olive oil
1 egg.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180c.
Make you own buttermilk first by adding 1 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar to the milk, and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
Mix flour, baking powder and sugar together, then in another bowl, mix remaining ingredients before pouring into the flour. Stir gently until well mixed.
Pour into papered muffin containers and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
