1 can of whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can of creamed corn
1 stick of butter (melted)
1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 pt heavy whipping cream
Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1) Preheat oven to 375-400 F
Step 2) In a bowl combine drained can of whole kernel corn and can of creamed corned. Add melted stick of butter, 1/2 pt heavy whipping cream, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 3) Use cooking spray to coat 9x13 glass baking dish and transfer ingredients from bowl to dish.
Step 4) Sprinkle jiffy corn muffin mix on top of the ingredients in the baking dish (do NOT stir)
Step 5) Bake dish for 30-40 minutes; after removing dish stir the muffin mix into the corn
