500gm sausage meat (your own)
2 onions finely chopped
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
3 sheets puff pastry.

Allow the puff pastry to soften. Preheat oven to very hot (225c).
In a mixing bowl add all ingredients (except one egg) and thoroughly mix together.
Using one sheet of pastry , cut in half and then brush the remaining beaten egg all over the sheet. Using a spoon place a layer of the mixture onto half the sheet. Roll into a tube and cut into four pieces. Place each roll onto a baking sheet with baking paper. Continue with remaining pastry and mixture.
You should end up with 24 sausage rolls.
Brush each roll with the remaining beaten egg and with a sharp knife cut a small slash on top of each roll. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, serve with your favourite sauce.
