1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 1/4 cup coarsely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pkg. dried chicken noodle soup mix
2 1/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup regular rice
1/2 cuo sliced almonds
2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly brown sausage in Dutch oven; pour off excess fat. Add celery, green pepper and onion; saute until tender.
Combine soup mix and boiling water in 2 quart saucepan. Stir in rice. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add rice mixture to sausage; stir well. Pour into a 8" X 8"
baking dish. Sprinkle with almonds; drizzle with butter. Bake in 375 oven for 20 minutes or until hot.
