8 Tbsp. Flour
8 cups milk
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. Velvetta Cheese
1 1/4 lb. frozen vegetables or broccoli

Directions:
Directions:

Combine flour, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Cook until thick and creamy Add chees in small cubes, slowly, until dissolved. Add vegetables. Cook slowly 1 1/2 -2 hours or until vegetables cooked.

I also add sautéed onions. Onions sautéed in butter until golden brown. I cook potatoes and add them to the soup after I cut them in cubes.
