Chuck roast
4 eggs
cream or milk
celery salt
onion or garlic salt
paprika
pepper
water
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat as for soup. Retain some of the meat for soup, the remaining meat cook with 1 egg, cream, celery salt, onion salt, paprika, & pepper, Fry until almost dry,.

Make crepes: 3 eggs, water & flour. Pour batter into crepe pan and cook. Place a spoonful of meat mixture into crepe, fold into square and fry until lightly browned.

Serve with soup.
