1/2 lb margarine or butter
1 c flour
2 quarts boiling water
3 or 4 carrots (diced)
1 large onion (diced)
3 stalks celery with leaves (chopped)
1 quart can tomatoes
1 pkg frozen corn
4 beef boullion cubes2 ir 3 potaotes (diced)
2 lbs ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine & stir in flour. Add boiling water, sitr til thick. Add Boullion cubes. Then add vegetables. Brown ground beef & drain. Add to other ingredients. Add salt, pepper, parsley, & garlic salt to taste. Simmer on low for several hours or until veggies are done.

Better the next day.
