2-10 oz boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked
2 c. herb stuffing mix, crushed
1 c. firmly packed grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 small scallions, minced
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Combine all ingredients

3. Shape into 1" balls

4. Bake on ungreased baking sheet about 15 minutes,
until golden brown

Serve with a toothpick and any flavor mustard
