Ingredients:
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp salt
10 jalapeno peppers, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar, water, garlic, sugar, and salt in medium pot and bring to boil.
Stir in peppers and remove from heat.
Let sit for 8-10 minutes; then using a straining spoon, spoon peppers into a small jar. Pour enough liquid over pepper to cover.
Tighten lid on jar and store in refrigerator.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Can use other types of peppers or use a combination of different peppers. Sugar can be increased if you like a sweeter pepper or to "cool" down a really hot crop of jalapenos. Really good served over a block of cream cheese with crackers and a bottle of wine.
