2 cups yellow squash cooked, coarsely chopped
2 teaspoons instant minced onion
3 T butter, melted; divided
3 eggs, well beaten
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups dry breadcrumbs
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine squash, onion, 1 1/2 tablespoon butter, eggs, salt & pepper Blend well. Pour milk over 1 cup breadcrumbs. Set aside for a few minutes then add to squash mixture. Stir to blend. Spoon into a lightly greased 1 quart casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients,1/2 cup breadcrumbs and 1 1/2 Tablespoon butter, mix together and spread over squash mixture. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
