2 c. sifted plain flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
4 T. powdered sugar
3/4 cup butter
2 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Work the butter into the flour and sugar as for a pie crust.
Then add nuts and vanilla.
This makes a stiff dough.
Take a small piece of dough about 1 t. or piece as big as a marble.
Roll into a finger shape and length.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 275º for 20 minutes or until delicately brown.
Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
