Nancy's Stuffed Green Bell Peppers Recipe

6 Green peppers
1 lb. Ground beef
1 diced med. onion
2 tbs.diced celery
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 egg
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
3 T. Worshershire Sauce
1 c. tomato sauce

Score and remove core and seeds from bell peppers.

Brown ground beef with onion, celery, and garlic. Drain.
Add other ingredients and stuff mixture in green peppers.

Microwave at 70% power for 17 minutes.
