3 eggs
13/4 cup sugar
3 cups milk
3 cups whipping cream
2 TBLS vanilla
1/4 teas. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until foaming. Gradually add sugar, beat until thick. Add milk, whipping cream vanilla and salt. Mix well.
Pour into ice cream freezer container and turn according to directions of ice cream maker.

Making homemade ice cream started when we were camping with the Trampers, a camping group once a month. Since then I like it on my birthday. When we were at Klines' Resort as friends went by they were allowed to taste the ice cream only if they came up to turn the crank and help make it freeze.
