4 eggs
2 cups sugar
11/2 cup oil
1 teas. salt
12 ounces junior baby carrots
2 teas. cinnamon
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teas. baking soda
2 teas. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325
Grease and flour 9x13 pan
Mix eggs, sugar, baby carrots and oil together, add dry ingredients. pour into pan.
Bake 50 - 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

If the cake falls in the center after you take it out of the oven, don't panic, just fill this area with more cream cheese frosting.
