11/4 c water
3/4 sugar
3/4 t salt
1 pkg yeast
2 3/4 c flour
2 T olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/2 c warm water,sugar,salt,and yeast. Set aside for 10 minutes.
for yeast to soften. Stir in 3/4 c flour. Let rise 2 1/2 hours. Mix in remaining 2 c flour. Combine remaining 3.4 c water and 2 T oil, add to dough. Beat until it forms a mass. Turn out on a lightly floured surface. Knead until dough is shiny and smooth 8 to 10 min. Cover and let rise in lightly oiled bowl. 11/2 hours. Punch dough down into a 15x15 in rectangle. Transfer to baking sheet. Sprinkle with corn meal. Drizzle with additional oil. Bake 15 minutes at 425
