Italian Meatballs

2-3 lbs ground beef and sausage
2 eggs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp. salt
Sauce

28 oz can tomatoes
14 oz tomato sauce
7 oz tomato paste
2 Tbsp. oregano
2 Tbsp basil
1 Tbsp. salt
pepper
bay leaf
Onion
1 clove garlic
Simmer 2-3 hours

Directions:
Form meat mixture into small meatball shape balls. Fry at medium low heat until cooked through. Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Pour over meatballs in ovenproof dish and bake at 350 F for 15- 20 minutes.
