1 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups (3 minute) oatmeal
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flaked coconut
1 (6 oz) package chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º. Grease a baking/ cookie sheet.

Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Mix flour, baking soda and salt. add to the butter mixture and mix well.
To the above mixture, beat in by hand, the oatmeal, pecans, coconut and the package of chocolate chips, until combined.
Mixture will be very thick. Drop by teaspoon full onto the grease baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
