3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 cans (14.5 oz each) chicken broth
2 c. chopped broccoli
4 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 c. cubed ham
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, melt butter; whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually add broth. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add the broccoli and onion; cook until crisp-tender.

Add the ham, cream, and thyme; heat through. Slowly stir in the cheese and heat until melted. Serve hot. Garlic bread goes well with this.
