1 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/4 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
4 cups unpeeled apples, cut into pieces
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and oil. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour, soda and salt. Add nuts. Fold in apples. Pour into greased and floured 13 1/2 x 10 inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, cover with cream cheese mixture. Beat 8 oz. cream cheese. Add 2 t. melted butter and 3/4 cup powered sugar. Beat until creamy.
