1 cup water
1 stick butter
1/2 cup cooking oil
3 T. cocoa.
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar.
1/2 t. salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 t. soda
1 t. vanilla
Icing-
6 T. milk
1 stick butter
3 T. cocoa
1 t. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan with 1 cup water, heat until butter is melted. Set aside to cool. In mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt. Add the two mixtures together with eggs, buttermilk with soda, and vanilla. Mix together well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Icing-
In sauce pan over medium heat, add milk, butter, cocoa, vanilla and powered sugar. Bring to a boil and pour over cake while it is warm. Sprinkle with pecans.
